Certifications and education are essential to being a Real Estate Agent, what do you think?

Certifications and designations are educational. So why not get the education and get a certification/designation in the process? I don't see the cost as being that much different than general courses. Except for those that have anual fees for membership, and in that case you belong to a great network of agents.
If you are looking to only enroll in courses that will help you with your mandatory education, just choose carefully to make sure it counts.
I believe in any and all education. And the best education is real life experience out in the field. Nothing beats it and you don't get MCE credit for it.
