I use send out cards. I usually set up all past clients in a birthday list. So I don't even have to work that hard at it my send out cards assistant does it all for me.

Thanks for the comment and I'm guessing your referring to "when I list a home" they get the follow up cards? Why do I send so many?
Since I started using "send out cards" my clients love it and it's realitively cheap way to advertise myself and my business.
It is a cheap and fancy way to ask for referrals from past and current clients, send out reminders to keep the house neat and tidy, send out brownies for special events like birthdays during the listing period plus lots of other reasons, to many to write. I just set up campaigns for different reasons for different clients.

I've ran into a couple of your blogs and have found them helpful. I read here that you have a seasonal schedule of what you send for around $50.00. Is this a marketing system that you made or maybe a program that you can purchase through an agency such as Send Out Cards?
I also like to be personal, and we have so many things we do in place... Our gifts range from our clients who have purchased or sold through us, to our premium farm area. We do some different things for each to add value and show our appreciation. For example, we haveday at the pumpkin patch with us in Oct. and we pay up to $5 for their pumpkin - this is for our "farm & clients". We do a FREE TREE on ME event, where we pay up to $25 for their X-Mas tree or wreath and have free coco with santa in late Nov. Again, for our "farm & clients". In the Spring, we pass out pies to our local area "sold clients" just before Easter at about $15 each. At the end of Summer, we pass out free school supply bag for about $1.00 per house to our "premium farm area & clients"
Point being that we have a schedule in place to pass out something of value for our appreciation throughout the year, but time becomes a big issue. I'd like to narrow it down to a couple main events. With most of our efforts being very hands on, I'm trying to find some "Set it and forget it" programs to put into place.... But I want to find "options"
I looked into the Personal Marketing Company and they have a 5 year client follow-up program for $25.00 Total -and we've used it. I like it overall, but am not "SOLD" on it.
What you do seems to be right in my direction, so I wanted to investigate.
