I order everything from Vista Print - I really like the door magnets, they are cheap and look like you paid a fortune for them!! I ordered business cards from VistaPrint and months later, they charged 14.95 against my credit card without my authorization. When I called my credit card company, they gave me the merchant number to call. I called VistaPrint and they told me that I am in their rewards program. I never signed up for any rewards program. The lady I spoke with told me that I should have unchecked all the boxes when I was ordering. I didn't sign up for any special program reward at all, so I told her. I also told her that this is VistaPrint's problem; they designed their website to fraud people.
I asked for my money back and she said they will credit it back within 2-5 business days. I am waiting to see it credited otherwise, I will call my credit card company again to dispute the charges.
I think Vistaprint designed their website for fraud, I hope that the government will do something about this as soon as possible. Where is the trust in the internet transaction? I will never recommend VistaPrint to anyone; in addition, I will warn everyone I know against using VistaPrint.

so sorry you havent had a good experience with Vista Print.. I have used them for 3 years and havent had any problems. I sure hope they refund your money! I don't recall ever having to check any boxes at check out? or even heard of a rewards program.. I have blogged about them several times and had nothing but postive responses, sorry you had a different experience.
