Hello all,
I am in charge of the artistic aspect of our family reunion coming up in 2009 and I was given the task of making the "logo" so I have been coming up with different ones for the committe to choose from and I made them all in Microsoft publisher... Here take a look.....Let me know what you think?
This is the one I like the Best but my family likes the next one

I did them in a couple of colors since they hadn't made up their minds which one they liked the best.....
If anyone is interested in learning how to make their own logos just reply to this blog and I will do a step by step process - please give examples of some logos you would like to see and I will do the example in that topic or for a person.
If anyone would like me to design a logo for you, just ask, we can work something out.....

I like number 2 but would use apple shapes for the name .. why .. the apple never falls far from the tree

I like the 2nd one as well, and the great idea about the apples. I can see why you like the first one, but the 2nd one is very energetic & joyful. Have a fun reunion!

Make that three votes for #2. I like the look. It's balanced and contains all of the elements. Colors are fine.

Shucks, I don't have MS Publisher. My computer came with almost everything else, but that wasn't included.
Good job though...and I like the apple idea! You'll have to let us see what the final product looks like.

Have you designed a logo for yourself in your business? I keep wanting to come up with a design but I'm just not that creative. I do have Publisher and may play around with it a little bit. Those you designed are great! Any suggestions from you would be appreciated.

I would love a step by step to make a logo. I have done a couple things in pain and publisher, but have no idea how to create a graphic.
