EVERYDAY I have folks email me about how they are having trouble creating VIDEOS of their listings. It seems that the YouTube Magic Lesson just wasn't simple enough...WELL FORGET IT! Looks like an interesting site but the free tours are limited. Looks like it would be $250/year if you use it very much. We're going to try a tour or two and see how it works. Thanks for the link.

30 sec is kinda short to give the flavor of the property, the local community. Instead of a commercial length, a feature 3:15 min "tour" does the trick.
